By looking at the pre-render before photos of this home, you can understand this was an old build that really needed some tender, rok render love and care. The customer performed many renovations internally and externally with rendering being one of them. The customer explained to me he wanted a render finish that looked like concrete, but he wasnt sure of the shade of concrete. With the Rok Rendering Concrete Colour Guide we worked on a shade of concrete he wanted to achieve before the project began. But we explained there would be some variance as he deviated his selection slightly off the colour chart. The concrete look render finish looks great when rendering feature walls, rendering columns or small areas that need to stand out.
